The Source Training is a journey through your life, the world, and the Universe to promote optimal mental and physical wellness. Program Level I covers introductory subject matter to build a foundation for continued growth and learning. 

 

Each subject is an hour workshop online and there are 16 workshops. Each workshop builds on top of the last and are experiential for each individual so a commitment to the entire program is highly recommended. 

 

  This Program Level must be completed prior to signing up for Program Level II and III.

Certificates will be awarded at the end of each Program Level Completion. Program Level III is for a people interested in Teaching this Program. *
