What is Wellness
Wellness - it is the state of being well, good at all times. Being well includes the mind, body, and Spirit. People can be physically fit and eat well, yet can still be unwell. Spirit and mind are very important aspects of being "Well". It is a necessary combination and relationship between the 3 aspects of the human being. 

Mind - Positive thinking, motivation, interests in life all lend to a well mind. Our current socially motivated online networks, politics, and news have negative effects on the human mind. Chaos, non-truths, deception, and noise can distract the mind and wear on the nervous system to produce stress. It is very important to keep the mind clear, logical, exercised, and well fed. 

Spirit - Spirit is very personal for each one of us. Our basic beliefs about life, death, and everything metaphysical. One's Spirit can lend to a positive life outlook or a non-chalant experience. A Spirit needs feeding just like the mind and body. 

Body - is our physical vehicle which carries our mind and Spirit around in the world. If the body is not well, the mind and Spirit can become ill and limited. If well-fed and exercised, the body can promote a well mind and Spirit. 

3 is a sacred number, it features in a number of Belief Systems. The human is one, composed of the 3 - mind, body, and Spirit. Numbers and Geometry are not just for mathematicians and scientists.
